Application & Practical Recommendations for the Feel-Good Oil

Against colds:
- Balsamic effect: put 1 drop on a handkerchief under the nose.
- Inhalation: Add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water, cover head with towel and inhale.

For muscle and joint pain:
- Massage: Mix 10 drops in juniper cream, apply to painful areas and allow to absorb. Use up to 3 times a day for 2-3 days.
- Before & after exercise: massage arms, legs and feet with a few drops.

For headaches:
- Massage your temples and forehead with a few drops of oil.

For oral hygiene:
- Mouthwash: Add 2-4 drops to water – works against bad breath and strengthens the gums.
- Brushing your teeth: Add 2 drops to your toothbrush for fresh breath.

For the hair:
- Helps against dandruff and nourishes damaged hair. Add 5-6 drops to dry hair, distribute and comb as usual.

For massages:
- Apply a few drops to the affected area and massage gently.
