APPLICATION & PRACTICAL RECOMMENDATIONS

Cold balm: For bronchitis and a blocked nose, add 5-10 drops to a fragrance-free cream, stir, and massage onto the chest up to three times a day. Then cover with a warm cotton cloth. To enhance the effect, apply a few drops directly to the chest and massage until the product is completely absorbed. Soothing balm: For sinusitis and headaches, apply a few drops to the forehead or mix with cold/warm water and apply as a cold/warm compress to the forehead, temples, or chest. If the compress becomes warm or dries out, re-moisten and reapply. Solution for inhalations: Depending on the desired intensity, add 10-20 drops to a small pot of boiling water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale the steam. For room fragrance: Add 6-7 drops to 300 ml of water in a radiator humidifier. Alternatively, 2-3 drops can be placed on a handkerchief to inhale the soothing steam.

Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, or on children under 3 years of age. Not recommended for use in cases of seizures, epilepsy, hyperthyroidism, or allergies to essential oils. For external use only. Not for consumption. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice if necessary. Before use, test the oil's compatibility with the skin on the inside of the elbow. Do not use in steam inhalers or nebulizers: May cause clogging. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. Slight color variations indicate the natural origin of the ingredients. This does not affect the quality. Avoid release to the environment.
