Application & Recommendations

• Massage lotion:Add 5-10 drops to a fragrance-free cream and massage in using circular motions.
• Direct application:Apply a few drops directly to the affected areas to intensify the effect.
• Bath lotion:Add 10 drops to the bathwater, stir and relax for 10 minutes.
• Foot bath:Add a few drops to the water to refresh your feet and stimulate blood circulation.
